Mobbing could be called the new catastrophic disease that is oppressing humanity in its different work areas and whose consequences range from leaving to achieve liberation presentation of a psychosomatic condition triggers more serious disease, this case, context, present study determined incidence teachers higher education institutions province Manabí. The methodology was based on quantitative approach, inventory violence psychological harassment used, at by assessing 22 aspects related mobbing, it applied sample 263 teachers. As result, presence obtained various forms, predominating spread malicious rumors environment unfounded perverse criticism affects an average teaching staff equivalent 42%, exercised mainly authorities, colleagues immediate bosses, In addition, problem evident, with predominance female gender as relevant point, although one most frequent ways labor criticism, what needs addressed cause negative value.
